Made 2 more cakes today to serve this week.Chocolate Fudge Chambord which is my chocolate fudge cake laced with Chambord filled with a raspberry filling then topped with a Chocolate Whipped cream. Next i made the Oh My Cake that my customers named. It is my white cake with chopped up bittersweet chocolate. Between the layers and on top is whipped cream with Black Raspberries, toasted Hazelnuts and toffee pieces. i then drizzle a chocolate ganache over these two layers and finish off with a White Chocolate Cream Cheese frosting. If this makes you hungry, hope you will call and stop by for a bite.
