Made a boiled potato + mango+mint smoothie for BF. Idea was to increase the range of carb and fibre complexity, and reduce the GI slightly. It tasted awesome actually, and was rushing so no picture. Anyway it looked like a regular blend. But here is the quick lunch Idea. Chana daal, boiled with Lauki/Dudhi and Brinjal. Added salt, chilly, dhaniya and haldi along. Once cooked, added all the Tadka Ingredients raw, along with a dash and f Mustard oil. Also sprinkled 2 spoons of fresh ground - flax+sesame+dried tomato mix. This would go with a small bowl of brown rice in lunch. Enjoy and have a great day! Manas - Grainnys
