Made the BEST healthy snack bread today. No sugar or grain. Thanks Christy Harper! This passed the HUSBAND test! And the toddler test!!!! Delicious! Cranberry Bread Preheat oven 350. 4 lg room temperature eggs 1/2 cup honey 1/3 cup Palm shortening or room temperature grass fed butter. 2 tsp vanilla. I mix all in my food processor 50 seconds until very smooth. Then add 2 1/2 cups almond flour. 3/4 tsp baking soda. 1/2 tsp cardamon (optional). 1/4 tsp sea salt. Mix in by hand 1cup chopped fresh or frozen cranberries. Lower heat to 325 place in a oiled bread pan with the bottom lined with parchment paper. Bake 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean Enjoy!!!
