Madison Recruitment is currently looking for a detail oriented Personal Assistant to the Executive. This individual will be involved in both personal and business tasks for the Managing Director and must be able to anticipate and oversee all aspects of the teams’ schedule and day-to-day requests. Key Skills & Responsibilities: • Develop strong working relationships and superior communication skills with all levels of the organization. This individual will be required to take the initiative and get involved in many different business responsibilities so must be dedicated, ambitious and able to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment. • Perform confidential personal and business functions, including but not limited to: managing complex calendars, handling travel, answering phone calls, corresponding with others, running personal errands, and coordinating special events. Desired Skills and Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree. An advance diploma will only be accepted if a candidate has not less than two years of experience in a similar role. • At least 1-2 years of administrative, support or coordinating experience in a fast paced environment • Strong working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Must be “hands on” and willing to do whatever is required to get the job done • Must be flexible and able to manage a constantly changing schedule and adapt to various working conditions • High degree of integrity in handling and processing confidential and sensitive information. Ability to be trusted is an absolute must. • Team player with an easy going demeanor, ability to anticipate needs, adaptable, and who can jump in with no training • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize effectively • Extremely detail oriented with excellent follow through • Strong organizational skills and the ability to create & implement consistent processes Qualified candidates should submit their Cvs to recruit@madisonmw ASAP
