Mahn getting out of bed is a mission am i doing something wrong in my workouts OR does that mean its working cause dam i feel like a old lady I keep adding to my workouts cant help it LoLz always coming up with new things. NOW i have. I start off with Treadmill 30mins to get my self going thn on to my circuit Triceps Situps Burpees 5kg weight walk AB roll out Step up fly 5kg bar lift - standing position Star jumps Knee ups w/twist Floor situps w/twist holding 5kg Triceps Knee Lifts Step up Bag work 40x punch forward 40x punch sides 40x uppercuts scissors AB work Plank OK so i do 3 sets of this ^^^^ with my fit timer thingy at 40secs each exercise with 20sec rest after each, at the end of each set i have my water and a 1min 20sec rest. PLUS now in stead of having that 20sec rest between each exercise i have the treadmill constantly going and i jump on thr for 20secs. Is this to much U FIT freaks shld i B having that 20sec rest OR the treadmill OK to replace that and just wait till my 1min 20sec REST. will i hurt myself OR keep going. Takes me about 2hrs 15mins to complete. Lyrick worries im doing to much i said to her im gonna do a workout after netball training last niight she said NO YOUR MAD.
