Mai hoon na Friends yesterday I floated an idea for your response your response has been massive and overwhelming in favor though some has suggested up scaling it in form of term policy from bank side .I think for that purpose pur majority association is competent which holds regular small committee meeting and mrm with management. We do not have any such mechanism at our disposal . Today I am going to elaborate how this idea is workable .first of all I have suggested a name mai noon na you can suggest better name . Whenever there is in service bereavement in our pnb parivar the information travels from branch via co to pad .say in month of July there is 5 such deaths then 30 × 5 =150 will be deducted from next salary of my account and rs 30 will be credited in each beneficiary accounts directly the way our union /association subscription is credited .a field will be added in our salary program and beneficiary account number will be entered there itself . Now about authority to deduct from my account .general secretary of all unions associations can give authority on their members behalf the way they sign salary agreement on our behalf .bank can issue a circular after that giving an option to individual employees who wants to opt out from this scheme. Similarly non members can opt out through communication to pad.if within the given timeframe one does not opt out it will be presumed that he or she is willing to be part of this scheme. Why similar amount from everybody .because in family all members are equal so I do not want to differentiate the way our bank does .employee categories wise differentiation is not a good idea .so contribution and benefits will be same for a pts to general manager .even cmd and eds can be part of this scheme .friends we always expect and demand what bank is doing for me and my colleagues. No harm in doing that but by this initiative we can set an example for bank also .look my colleague has delayed from this world his family has no earning member in that situation HAM HAI NA
