Mailed off my Samsung Galaxy phone to the servicing center for repair on Aug 27.... flawless condition no water damage NOTHING NOT EVEN a scratch. Still within the one year warranty. They recieved it at 10:32am Fridy Aug 29, they documented the system they recieved it on SEPT 5!!!!!! Claim they repaired it, I recieved it at 6:30pm Sept 9. At 11pm it was dead, shut off with no warning and will not respond, power up, or respond to any attempts to do a system recovery. Im paying for service and not using my phone not to mention the money I paid for the phone and other samsung galaxy product I just recently purchased. I called them stayed on the phone for over 50 mins with no resolve going back and forth even with the FB samsung galaxy page. No resolve, finally I feel asleep in total frustration with tears sometime after 3:30 am. Woke up by a messsge in my FB inbox....from them. It is now 9:40 am. Still no resolve. I really feel appreciated right now. Pray nothing ever happens to your Galaxy phone, Id hate for anyone else to pay $$$ and betreated like you purchased the phone for $.01 and from a local flea market. Really?! Seriously?! As long as youre buying its peaches and cream but if something happens Lord forbid. Now they FLAT OUT REFUSE TO DO NOTHING ELSE but I have to ship off my phone and wait another 7-10 days or so more. This will total right at 3 weeks with no phone. Can you imgine? #feelingNOTappreciatedorVALUEDasAcustomer #typos #everywhere
