Making meals has become a hobby of ours in yogis kitchen. Dinner made easy: Baked Blue herring with lemon juice on top of asian blend frozen veggies sauteed in coconut oil. Baked radicchio cut in half baked on both sides until tender. Evoo, kelp salt, turmeric, black pepper.. whatever spices you like will work. Avocado mash with lemon juice, paprika and spices topped raw on fish. Baked kale chips with evoo, lemon juice and paprika for added crisp. For dessert: fresh coconut.
