Making my original Janz Fresh layered Fruit Cake 1st layer - White cake with drained fresh sliced peaches in the batter before baking, OR mandarin oranges drained(whichever you prefer) 2nd layer- 4-6 packages of cream cheese softened and blended with vanilla and sugar, then mix in drained crushed pineapple. Spread on cooled 1st baked layer. 3rd layer - sliced ripe bananas 4th layer - extra creamy cool whip or from scratch, sweet whipped cream 5th layer - sliced fresh strawberries, blueberries and raspberries sprinkled on top. Refrigerate. I made this up years ago and it is wiped out everytime I make it:)
