Malice vs. Malice (Polaris)..... The Skinny.... The first Malice was a created personality (perhaps a dormant one), brought about by the workings of the Psycho-Man, and his creation/protege, Hate Monger - of Sue Richards. They transformed Sue into the woman scorned archetype X1000, complete with hardcore S&M wear! Lol...she took out ALL of her teammates, fully affirming that she was the most powerful member of the Fantastic Four (which at the time consisted of herself, Reed Richards, Johnny Storm and the She-Hulk). She eventually got her revenge of the Psycho-Man, claiming hed never do that to anyone again. This turned out to be nonsense, as he again surfaced to give another version of the team - Storm, Black Panther, the Thing and Human Torch - problems. The second is Polaris (who was possessed by a psychic entity named Malice). Malice had previously possessed Dazzler, and took over Rogue and Wolverine temporarily. She tried with Storm, but her will is too strong. Malice took Polaris to all sorts of higher plateaus in the mastery of her mutant powers of magnetism. She even gave her a punk/S&M look that was pretty cool in the 80s. Ironically, Malice seemed (for a time) unable to separate herself from Lorna Dane - the very intention of Malices creator/boss, Mr. Sinister. Her psionic matrix bonded with Lornas magnetic powers - as if (according to Sinister) they were made for each other (which they were in his eyes). Malice has since - long ago - been separated from Lorna, but the experience left her changed. As with Sue - who likely had more resentment in her heart than she thought - this warping of personas made Lorna question herself. So....who do you think would win between these two warped personalities who are good at heart, but were changed by outside tampering?
