Mamashare:: I just thought I share my story.... I was on an Alaska Airlines flight on the 26th of June and was sitting in a window seat prior to departure and was nursing my 6 week old son. I was using a cover even just to avoid the stares. I had a young woman flight attendant come over to me and say maam next time you need to do that in the lavatory . As a new to breastfeeding mom (I wasnt able to with my dd) I stopped nursing and gave my ds a bottle. I was so embarrassed and hurt. I did email the airlines about this, I received a follow up email where for my trouble I got a $50 voucher........smh.......how sad! Admin::stories like this make my blood boil. Nursing in a bathroom? Where you poop? Thats so unsanitary and Noone should ever have to eat in a bathroom. People need to learn that feeding a baby should not be hidden, it should be embraced!! ~Jackie
