Man, I cant express how amazing I feel right now. I know I have a few mountains to climb, but things are good. A few nights ago I was approached by a man (while trying to order Chinese food) that looked at me and said you just received good news...I replied, Really?? Well, that’s great. I love good news!! To say the least, we parted with me thinking…I don’t know what the f*ck he’s talking about, I have no clue about any good news, and that I really must be a freak magnet. Well, maybe I shouldnt judge a book by its cover. His timing may have been off..., but later that night, I did receive some good news. Six months ago, I looked at a house that I was interested in buying. I didn’t jump on it and when I finally decided that I wanted to go for it, it was no longer available. Well, at 1 am in the morning, I received an email showing that it was back on the market. This time I jumped. I worked with Rich Curtis , who by the way I completely recommend. He is spot on and totally worked his magic with this short sale!! We were the first offer in, and its now been officially accepted and Im in contract. Now all I have to do is be patient (which if you know me, youd know that I might be lacking this jean!!). Anyway, I realize that anything can happen, but Im super stoked and think its a great place with tuns of potential....and next door to one of my best friends!! Fingers crossed and know that Ill be hitting you all up for remodeling advise in the near future!! Love, love!!
