Man Marias doctor told her she needs to be on a vegetarian diet for a month along with no sugar, no artificial sweeteners and no dairy. She started the SAME DAY! That was Wednesday! You cant keep saying I am going to start Monday, after vacation, after my birthday etc... when you are unhealthy!!!!! Many of you have told me this and you are STILL overweight have not lost ANYTHING!!! This lady just said, she realized her doctor is telling her the truth and she has to stop lying to herself. You have to get serious when you are too big and overweight. It is critical and your well being depends on it.
