Man Up Boot Camp reminder Hike tomorrow 9am open to family and friends are welcome. Leaving lot @ 9am sharp your late you need to run then. The only excuse of you not being there on time is ?????? There is none it was a trick question. And for those that are in a hurry we get down to the bottom take a deep breath and run your a$$ back to the lot and go. Those choosing to get some work in on the beach I will have some things in mind. Lets do this and then go get some Brunch down the street and enjoy each others company.
