Man it has taken 4 months to buy a house .I,m still astonished by the housing market . There is nothing out there to buy worth having .If its in good enough condition inside then theres a hugh electrical tower just behind it , or a slopeing floor , a backyard jungle of damboo , the place is tiny , foundation problems , the list goes on and on .The wealthy investors are here from Canada , Mexico , France , Japan , snapping up the bargains in a day .I finally bought a devastated , 1,440 sq foot , major make over , just off I 35 N in San Antonio because its been 4 months since I sold my place and I have been living in 1 room with my animals . The money from the sale has hemmoraged and theirs little left to fix the new place .Sound unhappy ? No way ? I,m so grateful to God when I think of the homeless , those who lost their homes , and everyone who would give anything to be in my position .Thank you God . I am humbled and grateful .
