Managed about 3 hours sleep, before heading off to the Fight For Life Martial arts Seminar, where martial artists from Adelaide, Victoria and even WA came together to share knowledge , fun and friendship for a cause that every one in that room would have had been touched by.. As always some of the more dynamic action positions , to photograph are the throws from Judo, especially when they are Australian Champion Judo Players..
