Management couple for Tshetshepe Lodge in the Waterberg The couples’s primary responsibilities will be run the entire lodge to the best international standards - including guest satisfaction; guiding; cleanliness; hygiene; maintenance; staff happiness and motivation as well as cost efficiency. Requirements: • Matric • Tertiary qualification an advantage • 2 Years’ experience in managing or assistant managing of a game lodge • Field Guide qualification and three years’ experience in guiding in “Big 5” game reserves • Firearm experience • Computer skills – MS Office and knowledge of Accounting Programs • Able to creatively solve problems • Ability to communicate with all levels of staff and guests. • Extensive knowledge of game and environments • Managerial skills Duties: • Conservation and Game Ranger duties • Kitchen Duties (Help prepare meals & cook three meals a day) • Administration and reception including accounting and invoicing, • Maintain and service the lodge, its vehicles, trailer and equipment and its surrounds to ensure everything is fully operational and well maintained • Food and Beverage Management • Driving game vehicles and guests • Housekeeping and Security • Managerial responsibilities Send CV to: [email protected]
