Manager-Business Analyst-SAP Location: Dubai, UAE Job Description: Job Purpose: •To manage the implementation, development and maintenance of SAP Government service, Registrar of Companies, Registrar of Real properties, Data Protection, HC covering business requirements closely working with business in collecting, analyzing requirements and providing solutions, and Enterprise Portal requirements in various SAP applications including technical design & specification and program development as per the business requirements and working with the outsource suppliers to manage time and deliverables. SAP Functional Area Specialization: •The area of responsibility is the complete ownership of the SAP Government Services, ROC, RORP and Data Protection modules •This would include master data structures, transactional data,implemented functions and components, user roles and authorizations, and applicable interfaces •Assist stakeholders in documenting future business requirements and defining suitable application solutions in alignment with the Organizational goals and best business practices. SAP Functional Implementation: •Lead the participation of implementations and improvements of Business requirements, throughout the entire lifecycle of the application (Project Preparation, Blueprint, Realization, Final Preparation, Go live and Support) •Working closely with all business stakeholders (internal and external) defining requirements and providing functional solutions. This will include the preparation of master data and extraction of transactional data from various systems, definition of user roles and authorizations, developing report layouts, creating end user documentation and training curriculum, and working with the necessary stakeholders to conduct end user training (all where applicable) Manage the SAP Enterprise Portal: •Plan and management of Enterprise portal technology, architecture and Integration. •Management of the Enterprise portal from requirements gathering to documentation and implementation working closely with the stakeholders in defining requirements from the Enterprise Portal and work to define suitable portal application solutions •Implement functions and components, user roles and authorizations, and applicable interfaces for the SAP Enterprise Portal Functional Area System Audit and Authorizations: •work closely with the security team to analyze and clean up the access authorizations within the system as per the relevant audit reports and auditors recommendations. •Manage a matrix for user authorizations and roles within the system Self-Development: •Develop skills and acquire additional knowledge appropriate to the position on an ongoing basis •Develop expertise in other SAP functional areas and support other business analysts as needed •Keep abreast with the latest updates that may be significant to the area of work Desired Profile •Minimum 3 year to 5 years of relevant work experience in SAP functional and Enterprise Portal application and implementation •Minimum 1-2 Years of experience in a similar role in an organization of similar size and scope •Bachelor’s Degree in Computer related field such as Computer Science or Engineering, a Commercial degree or equivalent and SAP Certification in Enterprise Portal •Working knowledge of master data in Material Management, sales and distribution to closely work with service providing departments and Good working knowledge with EP Core Functional Module, ABAP Sub-Core Functional Module, Java Programming and Business Process Modeling Tools.
