Manager, Operation & Compliance Responsibilities: - Reporting to the Senior Manager, Operation & Compliance - Responsible for ensuring efficient and quality operations of different sections in the department - Provide advice to Regional 2 branches of the Bank relating to operational and compliance matters - Conduct regular branch visit, identify improvement areas on branch operations and compliance control and recommend appropriate solutions - Review and follow up branch audit findings, and establish improvement plans - Regular review branch operation / compliance guidelines and procedures - Coordinate with other departments to develop and implement operation procedures - Primary contact point of the Bank for Jetco ATM card skimming issues - Acts as a user representative to participate in branch related projects, review user requirements, functional specification, write up operational manual, test plans and conduct User Acceptance Test Requirements: - University degree with solid relevant experience in branch management or operations - Sound knowledge on general banking products and branch operations procedure - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Self initiative, able to work independently and under pressure - Proficiency in MS Office Application **Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be notified** Attractive remuneration and fringe benefits will be given to the successful candidate.
