Manchester United, Barcelona and Real Madrid have been given encouragement over a summer move for Juventus midfielder Arturo Vidal and that it will take €50million to land him. According to Catalan publication Sport, Camp Nou boss Tata Martino is keen to rival David Moyes to sign the Chile international, but that both of them will have to fight off the interest of Carlo Ancelotti as he is keen to add him to ranks at Santiago Bernabeu. Manchester United are reportedly ready to go on a£150million summer spending spree after what is looking to be a disappointing first season in charge for Moyes, as the current Premier League champions are on course to miss out on the top four. Despite this it appears the Old Trafford board are ready to back Moyes to rebuild a squad that has looked a shadow of the one that Sir Alex Ferguson led to the title last term in his final season in charge before retiring. Sport claim Manchester United and Real Madrid are likely to be disappointed if Barcelona see through their current interest, as Vidal would favour a move to the Catalan giants. The report claims the midfielder and his agent first considered a transfer last summer but decided to wait a year to see what kind of offers they could draw and are now ready to make a deal happen. Juventus will not be keen to lose one of the most influential players of a side that look set to complete a third straight Serie A title, but the report says they have made it known any offer under €50million will not be considered.
