Mandie gave me the number 18, so here it goes, LOL. 1. I was born & raised in the suburbs of Chicago. Even though I lived in Middlebury, IN for nearly 14 years, I will always be a city boy. You can take the boy out of the city, but you cant take the city out of the boy. 2. I attended three different high schools before graduating in 2000. I went to Morton West high school (Berwyn, IL) until my junior year. My Step-Dad had a job offer in Elkhart, IN at the time, and we moved there. I then transfered to Memorial high school. My Mom passed away due to breast cancer when I was 17. Moved to Edwardsburg, MI after that, and attended their High School. Their curriculum was different, so I started off as a senior there. My Step-Dad passed away the following year, and I honestly didnt care about school or my education anymore at the time. I went back a few years later and recieved my diploma though. 3. I like to draw. It has been a hobby of mine since I was 8 or so. I have developed excellent skills through lots of Time and practice! I like to draw comics, portraits, animals, pretty much anything. 4. I believe in paranormal activity. Ive lived in a few haunted houses and have had plenty of experiences to support my own belief. 5. Everyone is entitled to their own belief and opinion. I believe in God. I have doubted him a lot during many, many hard times, but you need God in your life. I believe in science and God both. There may be many proven loop-holes, and unexplained questions, but there IS a higher power. Imo, God is a form of energy. That energy flows through us all. I believe that there is more to this life when we are gone. 6. I am in love with my girlfriend Amanda. I met her on a dating website, which I almost gave up on, last year. She is very special to me, and I love her two children like they are my own. I am also very grateful that Amandas Mom welcomed me into her home. 7. My favorite food are tacos & gyros! 8. I love all kinds of music. Metallica is ultimately my favorite band. I have been a fan since I was at least 14. Im pretty much an expert on all their songs & lyrics. I also love other hard rock bands like Linkin Park. They are a very diverse & talented band. Probably one of the greatest in history (imo of course). I also love country, rap, christian rock, and more. 9. I love going to night clubs with my girfriend, and dancing the night away! Its a very fun and healthy release. 10. I am a huge movie buff. favorites..? lol, too many to even start mentioning!! 11. I am attending Ivy-Tech Community college. I am going for my Associates degree in Automotive tech. I have never had much knowledge when it comes to mechanics, which is why I want to learn. I am also going to minor in Art eventually. Where that takes me, we will see where that road leads. Challenging the mind is always a benefit! I want to make a good living. Ive worked dead-end jobs that I dreaded going to my entire life, and I refuse to live my future like that. 12. Im proud of who I am as a person. I have overcome many obstacles in my life. I am also very proud of Amanda for pursuing her degree for nursing. She is a straight A student and studies hard. She already has an Associates degree in Medical Assisting, and she takes her TEAS-V test in January. 13. I had a St Bernard named Logan. I miss him dearly. 14. I am a youtube junkie. I can spend hours watching videos. 15. I like stand-up comedy. Don Rickles is one of my favorite comedians. Carrot top is great too, he cracks me up with his props, lol. 16. My favorite color is blue 17. I want to travel more. I love road trips. there is a whole world out there to see. Packing a bag, jumping in the car, and going wherever for a weekend is my idea of fun! 18. I have a serious coffee addiction! I need at least three cups to wake up, and I still drink it throughout the day. Starbucks is the best too!
