As we reported over the summer, Bethenny Frankel caused quite a stir on Instagram when she posted a photo of herself wearing her 4-year-old daughter’s pajamas. It appears the photo also caught the eye of a divorce judge in Manhattan. According to New York Daily News, when Bethenny appeared in divorce court on Thursday the judge told her attorney “no more pajamas!” “It’s not a joke. Her child is not a joke,” the judge replied emphatically, explaining that she was concerned the image would be on the internet for a long time — well into the years when Frankel’s daughter can read and see the posting herself. The judge does have a point. Regardless of if the photo was meant to be funny or not, Bethenny needs to be on her best behavior, especially since she’s going through nasty divorce proceedings with Jason.
