Many apologies to anyone who is bored rigid by this scenario and Im also aware we will have a definitive outcome within the next 24 hours. However I am still a tad confused and would like to fully understand the situation .... so, here goes, I know the populist view is that the suspended Legia player only played four minutes and obviously had no impact on our 2 goal defeat. But I also know (sparingly) that it goes deeper than that. This is the point I would appreciate some clarity on... help please ;-) I know he was meant to serve a 3 game ban, would that be the 2 St Pats legs and their home leg versus us ? Also by not registering him for all 3 previous matches meant they had a full squad of 25 to choose from instead of 24 and that must be the crux of the matter not the 4 minutes of football he played .
