Many chances to #Legalize2014 in CA. The #California #Cannabis #Hemp Initiative, authored by late hemp activist Jack Herer, is currently in circulation, would expunge criminal records, release prisoners, and allow for 99 plants & 12 lbs. of processed flower, giving CA a head start to hedge against Fukushima radiation and truly liberate the cannabis hemp plant. There are many other initiatives soon to be in circulation in case any of the others fail to get on the ballot, such as the initiatives from Drug Policy Alliance or Americans for Policy Reform. Sign any and all initiatives, get active to reform drug laws. Just like how people would have stopped dying of drone strikes if Gary Johnson or Jill Stein became president in 2012, prisoners wont have to wait until 2016 to get exonerated if we pass any of these initiatives in 2014. Time is of the essence. Free & Equal is here to restore power back to the individual voter. Restoring non-violent offenders right to participate in society & democracy is part of that equation.
