Many of my friends and clients have heard me ramble on about how amazing floating is. Joe Rogan breaks it down. Hes far more experienced than I, and I can tell you from experience that this is a practice and a skill that takes time to develop and master. Im currently going twice a week to The Float Shack for regular sessions. Im still learning and very much an amateur, but each session it gets better and I get more out of my sessions.
