Many of you already know how hard Ive been working to achieve my goals! I know its the holiday weekend and there will be lots of temptations and you will not want to work out. But you can sneak away to get a 30 min workout in. When food is around, I know sometimes when your at a party and there is nothing healthy you would want to consume, but its okay to eat some of it. Just dont go overboard and fall of the wagon! Your goals are too good to sabotage and besides, we all know how it feels after having healthy nutrition and then go and try to eat something bad! You feel like crap.... Today I pushed real hard and ran, did my X3 workout, and after all that I did some hammer throws and some squats with the 8lb medicine ball, 30 regular squats and 30 squats with the medicine ball held out. I video taped the last 10 reps and Ido apologize for the horrible form but I was barely getting them in! I also should get some smaller clothes too!
