Many of you are posting pics and memories of your fathers. Unfortunately for me, my father has passed on. I wish he were here for me to buy and ugly tie or pair of socks. As it is, I get to reflect on all that he taught me (some good... some bad). I have tried to learn from all he did. I have tried in my life, to accentuate the positive traits which he had, and minimize the bad. My goal, as a father, has been to make this process much easier for my children. I am not perfect... no mortal man is.. but I hope that as my children get older and reflect (as they will), they will realize how much I love them, and how much I tried to be a father they could be proud of.
