Many of you have businesses and groups I care about so here is a little FYI to keep your Facebook page safe. You cannot have a like and share contest, it violates FB rules. You can have a contest where fans like or comment on something on YOUR wall but you cannot force them to put something on their own walls. At the end of any giveaway post, you must put them complete rules and a Facebook is not liable disclaimer. Furthermore, you cannot notify the winner on your wall... But you can announce it without a tag after theyre notified. I know you see people doing it all the time, but I know 3 people whove been busted by Facebook. One group owner simply had a warning on her screen when she went to Facebook. Another friend lost his group with no warning and the ability to create a new group. He had 25 likes and 3 shares, and he was penalized. Another friend lost his entire business page with almost 15,000 fans with no warning whatsoever.
