Many of you will be familiar with the work of Joy Shannon and the Beauty Marks, if not through her/their albums, or Joys frequent contributions to our open-mic events, then through her work as one of the lovely ladies in The Dovelles. If you only know her as a Dovelle though, I need to point out that Joy is a very accomplished musician in her own right; she plays both the Cello and Harp, has the voice of a fallen angel.
