Many of you will know Its been a tough ol year for my family, with my dad falling ill will bowel cancer in March. Dads been so positive in the face of a pretty rubbish time and we are reminded daily to choose our attitude and appreciate all the good stuff however small. So on that note, please sponsor Chris (who Im very proud of) who will be running the London Marathon for my dad and for a very worthwhile cause.
