Indeed, we all know the wonderful success stories of people that Made it without a degree, as Steve Jobs or Mark Zuckerberg. On the other hand, many studies show a clear link between academic education and career Success - This is also true of subjects like business administration. then who is right? " In my humble opinion - people with degrees and academic education (I am also included in this population) studying limiting thought patterns and limiting abilities. Fact - Most educated people with an academic degree or another, are more successful, as employees!!! Not self-employed, not as entrepreneurs but as another cog in the machine. Screw silver / gold / platinum versus screw tin or steel, but still screw. The templates are those that limit our thinking, the patterns are those that restrict our ability to believe in ourselves. Academy does not learn empowerment, personal development, personal motivation for success. instead, it is teaching to be like everyone else. I do not know about you, being like everyone else is so boring, very banal, very ... Be like everyone else is to be inadequate, be like everyone else eliminates who you can really be, who you deserve to be. After all, humans are the only animal which limits its growth capacity because of necessity "to be normal". Think about it and get a decision, do you compromise on who and what you are? Or you are fulfilling your true ability?
