Many people get discouraged or frustrated when they have team mates quit. They take it personally like a shot to their heart….but its really a shot to their ego and that can hurt even more. DONT GET EMOTIONALLY ATTACHED. It can hurt if you get emotionally attached in business. DONT DO IT! Provide the most amount of value to your people that are on your team for however long they are there. Some people will be enticed by shiny objects. Others will be bought. SO WHAT. Stand in your truth. Stand for what you believe in. Keep your integrity. Business changes like the weather. Some will come. Some will go. When you get in alignment with your honesty, integrity and your message is totally congruent and you surrender your ego, they will start coming back. Its interesting how this works. If you are not congruent with your message, you will get a Universal slap. Nothing in life is EASY. It takes practice and acquired skill to master anything. Tell the truth in life and business. Preface everything and let people know about your own personal struggle and what it REALLY TAKES to breakthrough. The ones that want to take the journey will stay. The rest will look for what they perceive to be an easier path. Simple resolution…Just do another marketing campaign.
