Many people have asked me;what happened between you & Jack Hakim?. I dont think anything really has happened. I do what I have always done, and Jack went from Citizens First to Jack First. For me, it began when Jack refused to let a little old lady speak at a Council meeting, it struck me as odd. I had never seen Jack so adamant about not letting a Citizen speak. Turns out, she was speaking against the second bridge site at Riverview. She also came with facts, and that seemed to upset the Mayor. Not long after that, I had the opportunity to see the plans of the second bridge and how it would effect the surrounding neighborhoods. It was clearly a bad location. So I supported the Parkway location (as the feds did later). Jack then invited me to lunch......lol...... to persuade me to change my position telling me that the native indians had sacred land there, but I had to keep it quiet on the down low. I ate the lunch but not the story. I continued to support the parkway site and his wrath began after that. I believe we have brought out the best in Jack Hakim, and for what its worth,....... the worst.
