March 29, 2013, a day that I prefer never happened. 1 year ago today, at 12:00, my Dad left us in in that most freakish accident. I cant believe its been a year. There have been good weeks, and bad weeks. This past week has been one of the bad ones. Cant seem to stop reliving the sights and sounds of that innocent day, as Dad and I were going to have lunch and hang out. It was Good Friday, had the day off and chose to spend it with him. I see him all around me, with memories and items he gave me or things from his house. The sweetest thing I see now are the bulbs from his yard now blooming in mine. I want to thank Aundrea Baker and Brandy Thomas once again for coming to hospital until my brothers could get there. And, am still so thankful that he went so fast, he was all there, and than was gone. Life goes on, and Dad missed his Granddaughters wedding, and the birth of his great grandson. He is smiling down on us, and telling us he is ok. I know he is!! But not us.
