March 4, 1990 Juan Rico brutally attacked me after I pulled him over for speeding. He nearly killed me. In a last ditch effort to escape his vicious assault I lucked out and with a devastating knee strike to his face I was able to gain control and handcuff him. But was then beaten unconscious be his wife who was striking me in the head with a broom handle. More video to follow—This is a first in the series explaining the Rico attack.
