As always, Keep Looking Up! -Scott Stevens Action Plan: Establish a 50 State network of GoPro 4K (Ultra High Definition UHD) time lapse cameras that get uploaded daily building a library of imagery available for research projects. Establish a more dense networks of camera that live feed back to a computer that will stitch the imagery of upwards of 128 interlocked camera into a massive mosaic each 30 seconds day and night ..Creating a Front Range mosaic time lapse movie, day and night. The collected and archived imagery will then be available to research for discovery. Ideas and suggestions for implementing this concept are very welcome. In the studio situation..a green screen in combination with a pair of 4K (Ultra HD) monitors will allow me to interact with the time lapse imagery obtained above and explain the relationships and the unusually dynamic interactions of, AND sometime unexplainable interactions between trails, that will clearly reveal a previously unrecognized force at work with our planets weather and climate systems. Night time time lapse imagery of the bottom illuminated clouds above light polluted urban areas has been particularly fascinating to watch, simply because of the available illumination available to SEE the interactions of the man made forces versus Nature. With lots of rural areas unaffected by noise pollution, Id like to set-up acoustic listening stations to see if the over head plane count listened to at night is variable in number in alignment with meteorological phenomena. Deliver on a regular basis The Real Weather Show in the studio with green screen, 4K monitors, Skype interviews and viewer call ins... Like a traditional newscast weather segment, I will look back at yesterdays events and what they looked like from the ground via pictures and instagrams from you as WE match up the imagery from space, the weather satellites, and what was seen on the ground. Then we examine what the days GEEs Geo-engineering Events as seen from space and HOW that activity may impact TOMORROWS and the next weeks weather. That is, can major events be predicted by watching these GEEs areas/events more closely? When out of the studio and on the road, where I will go to, and set-up gear ahead of, inbound weather events to analyze then share with you, whats being done to our storms and what impact that may be having on our long term climate system. Impacts… We will all then understand whether climate change is natural or not. In my eyes there is a program at work, I just want to know: To what end?
