Marinate some petite sirloin in some red wine with seasonings then slowly cook on the BBQ. Meanwhile put 1\2 a cup brown sugar in saucepan on low add a diced up mango and 1\2 a diced onion stirring every so often. In a separate bowl combine a diced up cucumber cilantro and onion. Fry some white corn tortillas and fold them to taco shape. Get meat, dice, and add to mango mixture. Put mango mix on first then cucumber and I added a pineapple salsa I bought from the store;) Enjoy!!
