The position is newly created and will include compiling the marketing materials, implementing the marketing plan and managing the marketing budget. The marketing process will ideally be managed through the running of monthly meetings. • Assisting the Directors/Graphics Department with tender submission and bids • Assist in organising and coordinating of PR/hospitality events including management of invitation database • Compile and manage an annual calendar of events for Directors • Development and maintenance of new website • Website content management by maintaining, adding and developing news items • Assisting in the planning and execution of traditional marketing approaches and online social media marketing campaigns. • Lead the process of preparing and issuing the companies quarterly newsletter • Carry out market research to identify future potential markets and leads for Directors • Update the team contributions to online social media marketing such as blogs, website, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn • Good working knowledge of MS Office including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred • Experience of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator) and databases preferable but not essential • The role will require an enthusiastic team player who is motivated, reliable and efficient • Marketing degree or other relevant qualification along with a minimum of three years marketing experience Please send your CV to [email protected]
