JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Researches specific markets and channels to assess business potential. • Provides information related to the adoption and deployment of products or services in targeted markets. • Monitors and analyzes market share and sales performance for own organization and key market competitors. • Gather and evaluate relevant market and competitor information to review market position and determine threats. • Conduct ad hoc analysis to get market insights. • Assists in innovative marketing and supplement tasks like public relations and promotion. • Creates awareness and desire for the product with a creative approach is the key aim of the marketing specialist. He studies the designs, logos, promotional materials like flyers, posters, banners, advertisements, newsletters etc and modified them if necessary. • Examines customer requests for service or complaint and ensures problem/service solved in a timely manner. • Organizes and attends events and exhibitions. • Conduct market research before produce new products, these researches includes (No. of Competitors and their market shares in different. geographical areas, products features, prices, promotions & distributions channels). • Monitors competitor activity and propose counter actions/response • Conduct market research to study the effectiveness of the media campaigns. • To perform other related duties as required.
