We sped down Maroon Creek Road hoping the clouds would stay around, and anxiously packed the ridiculous amount of gear in our bags as we watched them cruise by overhead. Probably the most exciting moment I can remember with photography: that moment when we did a dummy check making sure we had all the gear packed, and finally getting to say, Lets go! A mad dash to the popular spot to shoot the Bells. The first several minute exposure popped up on my screen. The biggest smile I can make. Anxiety gone. Time to sit back, watch the sunset show and press a button every 8-10 minutes.
