Marriage is never easy or free from hurt. It is two people growing and changing from the moment their lives become one to form a bond that surpasses outside forces, petty differences, and hurt feelings. It is at the end of the day knowing neither of you is perfect, but accepting the beauty in your differences and the strength in your similarities. Its forgiveness and tears and love and laughter. Its holding up 100% when the other isnt able and letting them hold you up when you cant. Its work and reward all in one. It encompasses all the traditional vows and grows in strength as each partner grows in love. Marriage is the ultimate friendship, the deepest bond, the foundation if family and security. Marriage to my best friend has sustained me through the trails and lifted me in joy.
