Marsha Lammert Marsha Lammert, 53, a retired analyst with the State of Florida, passed away June 17, 2013 in Tallahassee. A daughter of the late Julius Hawkins and Elizabeth Thieme Hawkins, who survives, she was born December 1, 1959 in Tallahassee. She was a member of John Wesley United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband, Morgan Lammert; children, Andrew Watson, Angela Watson, Michael Lammert, Shaun Lammert; grandchildren, A.J., Phoenix, Jayden, Nakita, Bentley; sister, Mary Godwin. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a sister, Margaret Lee.
