Martial Arts School Owners: You dont know what you dont know. Im too busy. My plates too full. Thanks, but no thanks. As I pitch my association / school the100.us with the consistency I advocate instructors / school owners pitch their own schools, I often hear school owners, all more or less in search of the Holy Grail of more profitable school management (and if not more profitable then more interesting, more engaged, more meaningful, less stressful, etc.) ---I often hear them say, Oh, no thanks Tom, I cant be a part of The 100. because Im too busy already --or some other kind of excuse. Well my friends, you dont know what you dont know -- and, perhaps, youre fat and full of being pitched by every consultant and marketing guru in the industry, so you cant distinguish one from another. But let me tell you, the lessons and coaching Im giving school owners who will / can listen, would be for many of you, a bridge between where you are now and a far more intelligent, empowered, and vigorous form of school leadership. You just dont know --as if you knew, youd be at The 100. every day, absorbing, implementing, and engaging. I dont give 1 day seminars, not very often, I dont host sales-fests, and I dont promote hyperbole ---I meet with you 365 days a year, 10 min. minimum a day, your staff too, and we work the most organic, healthiest, most sensible, most authentic and integrity based forms of school development. Not much sizzle, ALL steak. But how would you know? I can tell you, however, youre saving $10 a day --and missing out on legendary school management concepts, ---concepts 10 years ahead of the industry, concepts and work that could take you on an adventure, take you to master-teacher status --and in a way that your competition wont get for a decade, if ever. Step # 1 is you would make time, if you knew. Step # 2 is nothing ever comes of the work, from someone who doesnt come with an empty cup and 1000 gallons of implement.
