Martin Sepulveda Receives Endorsement from Phoenix City Councilman Jim Waring PHOENIX (Thursday, November 7, 2013) -- Martin Sepulveda, candidate for Arizona State Treasurer, today announced the endorsement of Phoenix City Councilman Jim Waring. Sepulvedas goals as the states Chief Financial Officer are to prudently manage and protect the states investments and monies, advise Arizonas elected officials on how to accurately manage over $13 billion dollars in funds and continue to create a business-friendly environment that expands Arizonas future economic base. Ive known Martin Sepulveda for many years and he embodies the true meaning of skilled leadership. As a Veteran, former Chandler City Councilman Martin Sepulveda has worked tirelessly for his country and the state of Arizona. With his knowledge of municipal economic development and his success in owning multiple small businesses, Martin Sepulveda would make an outstanding State Treasurer, said Waring.
