Mary Richmeier ( Grandma Richmeier ) Bread Recipe I wrote this down in the 70s while she was making her delicious homemade bread. 10 Coffee cups of flour Another handful of flour 2 glass cups of Warm Water 10 pinches of yeast Her tablespoon of salt Different size Coffee cup of lard Rise 1 hour pinch down rise 1 more hour.... 400 golden brown Mix in large bowl if sticky add another handful of flour, 1 handful at a time. knead on counter Cover wet dish cloth. I remember telling her, her hands much bigger than mine, and cups much bigger than my moms how do I know..... She said something in German....
