Maseno University in partnership with the Ministry of Environment, Water and Natural Resources and National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) invite ALL MEMBERS OF STAFF AND STUDENTS to the National Celebrations of the World Environment Day which will be held in MASENO UNIVERSITY, SIRIBA CAMPUS at the Graduation Ground on WEDNESDAY 5TH JUNE 2013 from 10.00AM. The Cabinet Secretary for the Ministry of Environment, Water and Natural Resources Prof. Judy Wakhungu will be the Chief Guest. Maseno’s slogan for its own campaign against food waste is “Think and Save the Environment by Adapting Sustainable Food Production”and is in line with the theme for the 2013 World Environment Day,“Think.Eat.Save. Reduce Your Foodprint”. In view of this event all lectures on Wednesday 5th June 2013 are suspended until the end of the program.
