Massive good luck to our guys at the push pull today. Keep us informed to your progress. I know you have big lifts in you! Also a nod to our competing friends who come on here- the Durham guys, parkhead guys, anyone from all rounders, steelman etc and a shout to the massive Lee Mortimer- who may just turn a few heads today with his bench press.
