Massively Belated Race Update! (yes it was several weeks ago, I know, I know....) WE WON AT ROAD ATLANTA in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Cup race! It was one of the proudest moments for all of us at Musante-Courtney Racing because It was hands down the most competitive #SuperTrofeo race of the year - several well respected Pro drivers such as Andy Lally, Terry Borcheller, Pierre Kleinubing, and Lawson Aschenbach joined the series for the weekend and made us work damn hard for the trophy! And when I say us Im not just talking about Corey Lewis and I.... Antony Bright, David Frey and ALL of Christopher Musante s crew busted their tails dealing with the never ending set up changes I requested all weekend long - heck, we even did a 4 corner spring change right before race # 2!!!! I cannot thank this crew enough for THAT level of trust, dedication and hard work. I also cant thank Joe Courtney and Chris Musante enough for giving me this opportunity and putting me in the car. To top it all off, Corey and I finished runner up in the Drivers Championship despite only contesting half the series! 3 outright wins, a 2nd, a 3rd, 3 Pole Positions and 2 track records out of three race weekends speaks volumes about what this brand new team has achieved this year. So very happy to have been a part of it.
