Matt mentioned to me yesterday that he is a little concerned about what he is going to do for meals after he leaves for Florida next weekend. It has been over 10 years since he has had to buy his own groceries and cook his own meals. He asked if I could give him some guidance and a shopping list of foods he could refer to and follow while we are apart. I FINALLY received my very own 21-Day Fix kit in the mail this afternoon. I had intended to follow it myself with the 21 Days of Healthier Living group that I have starting on April 14th. However, I have decided to change my plans and send it along to Florida with the hubby. The eating guide provides great food lists for him to reference. He will have the color-coded containers to help him with portion sizing. Not so sure about sending the workout DVDs with him, though. Autumn is a pretty hot little mama... BUT, maybe it is only fair since I am now planning to hang out with these 2 guys while he is gone. ;) I think its a good deal for both of us... What do you think???
