Matthew 11:29New King James Version (NKJV) 29 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. If your Christianity is hard your doing it wrong. I think the key there was YOUR doing it. When we take on His yoke we stop participating in the worry part of problems and in His rest we escape the burdens that persecute our souls. That doesnt mean the tribulation doesnt come it just means because we escape into His joy because as John 16:33 These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will[a] have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” This means that in His rest we remain untouched by the tribulations of this world when we put on Jesus Christ. Christianity is not a burden when we put our trust in Him and our faith in God instead of ourselves. God bless yall
